Kim Yeon-Koung powered the Korean offence in their straight-set (25:21, 25:17, 25:20) victory over Argentina in the third round of the Women’s World Cup at the Park Arena Komaki on Saturday. Yeon-Koung delivered 14 kills, two blocks and two aces; other Korean hitters Kim Hee-Jin and Lee Soyoung also hit the double-digit mark with 13 and 10 points, respectively. Natalia Aispurua led Argentina with eight points. Korea coach Lee Jungchul said: " We’ve had a tight schedule and the players have been fighting in every game. It’s been a difficult time but they’ve done their best and our target is to be in the top six so we would like to win tomorrow’s game".
