A panel at the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has recommended that Russia face a four-year ban from global sports and new restrictions on its athletes and teams at next year’s Tokyo Olympics.

I hope it will happen so France can have one more place in the qualifying tournament. ^^

@Sherlock Boys or Girls? It's going to be a sticky wicket to decide how, or who will replace them, but I don't think Russia will all be banned. Not sure why. It just seems hardcore

Boys ! I read some articles, and it seemed it good way for them to be banned, no ? It is hardcore but well, when you see the entire doping system implemented and everyone was aware, even top officials, it seems legit for me. They were already entirely banned for 2018 Winter Olympics and Paralympics.
