Poland - Spain (EuroVolley 2009, last points)

Do you remember emotional end of tie-break in match between Spain and Poland in EuroVolley 2009? That was match of 2nd round that tournament which was held on "Halkapinar Sports Hall" in Izmir. Great match of Piotr Gruszka (23 points), and Michał Bąkiewicz (12 points). In the movie you can see battle between two setter: Miguel Falasca vs Paweł Zagumny. Players from Spain were defending title with 2007. In the final match Spain won against Russia!!! Poland took 1st place with 10 points in group E, they won all matches! Spain took only 5th place. In the semi-final of Polish team won against Bulgaria 3:1. Poland clinched gold at the European Championships in Izmir. In the final match, they won against France in four sets. MVP of tournament was Piotr Gruszka. Bulgaria took bronze, outclassing Russia in three sets.
