First match of both teams in the EuroVolley 2003. Russia won that game and took the second place in the Group A. On 21:38 Kaziyski entered the court, one ace and one hard serve. Referring to my decision on 6th September 2003 (13h30) in which I informed the Team of Bulgaria that the player No. 6 KAZIYSKI Matey is not mentioned on the collective license as prescribed in article 1.6 of the Official Regulations (Senior European Championships), but has participated as player in the match No.2 on 5th September 2003 (Bulgaria vs Russia), I decide the following. Considering the fact: · That there is no sanction foreseen in the Official Regulations (Senior European Championships) if a player participate in an official match of the European Championship if he is not included in the collective license list. · That on the other side no player is allowed to participate in the European Championship if he is not included in the collective license list of his national team · That according to article 1.6 of the Official Regulations (Senior European Championship) a match is declared lost with the score of 0-3 (0-25, 0-25, 0-25) if a player has participated without the right to participate because of wrong statements concerning the nationality, but not sanctioned by forfeit. I decide that the match mentioned above (No. 2 on 5th September Bulgaria – Russia) is declared 0-3 (0-25, 0-25, 0-25) in favor of Russia.
