Finland - Portugal (World League 2013, full game)

Full yesterday's game between Finland and Portugal. That was opening match of World League 2013. Finland won in three sets in front of a home crowd at the "Helsinki Ice Hall". The best scorer of match was Valdir Sequeira with 15 points. New Finland coach Tuomas Sammelvuo showed his passion during the match. He ended his player career last summer. Sammelvuo played 294 matches national games for his country. "Our team was really confident, and we served great, which made the game easier for us", said coach Tuomas Sammelvuo. Joao José on the press conference said: "Finland played very consistently and tactically well. We were able to solve problems in the second set, but our intensity was not high enough. Unfortunately our intensity went down in the third set". The match at the "Helsinki Ice Hall" was watched by 2580 fans. The two teams meet again at 17:30 (GMT+1) on Saturday June 1.
