Turkey - Thailand (World Grand Prix 2013, full match)

Hosts from Turkey beat Thailand in three sets in the second match of the second day of the World Grand Prix 2013. Turkey’s captain Neslihan Darnel who was named best server of the World Grand Prix 2012 tournament was the best scorer in that game with 19 points, while Sittirak Onuma earned 15 points for Thailand.
Massimo Barbolini, Turkey’s coach said after game: "My team played good today. It was a hard game. It is hard to play good against teams like Thailand because they have good tactics and make good defence. We are going to face Japan tomorrow. We made some mistakes in the first set of Thailand match but we shouldn’t do them tomorrow against Japan. Japan is a faster team and makes good defence. It is very important for us to win tomorrow".
