Apparently you can just change the filename extension from .webp to .jpg when you save the file, saving the trouble of having to open and convert it. That's not so bad

@HappyWithVolleyball Japan seems to change formulas for tournaments every year. For the Emp. Cup, they added teams and changed when the V1 teams enter playing. I don't think they used to play First Round. Maybe that's why they play 3? Get more matches in

btw - is that JVA Scorebox linked to from the JVA site? I couldn't find it anywhere. I was able to suss the women's link from your link to the men's

It's very hard or impossible for @Volleybox  when the tournament has 3 set and 5 set matches.  I made a news item about it for the women versionof the Cup and will post the results of the first round as a news item

@avid Since you say you input scores from the Scores page, would you try updating one from the V.League page, say Toray 3–0 Hisamitsu --first match of the 2nd Round and see what happens 

This is a real shitty problem. I have dozens of Roster photos piling up. Keeping track of them all and where they came from is just stupid. Can you weigh in on this please @Volleybox 

@avid That scores page is too buggy and weird to scroll through trying to find the matches you're after. Avoid!
What's also weird is that the matches disappear, literally, from their league page of matches when someone edits it on the scores pages and it goes to the holding pattern ??

@avid Some how some way , it sneaks in without “match exists”  if the match goes to the scores page queue. (I think)
I just tried to add a report to a 2nd day match on the League Page and it wouldn't take . So I refreshed the page and the match disappeared. I went to the Scores Page , it was there, and I accepted the match without issue

@avid yeah. Someone deleted the NoSmiler Match and then someone re-added it. That worked, but way too much hassle.

@avid  will you do me a favor and update the remaining scores of the Japan matches last night. I think that if a non-admin updates the score and it goes to the “waiting for acceptation” queue and then I accept it and it will take

This is getting silly now. People are trying to update the score of the second night's match and get the error that the match already exists so they delete it

@pedeshtrian It's a head scratcher. I've tried resizing and reformatting as well. Tried changing the “color profile” of the image, even though I don't know what that means. Tried taking a screenshot of the image. No luck

Still having problems adding/replacing Roster Photos. It must be something in the Photos. I can add the Hisamitsu Springs 2020-21 roster photo to The NEC Red Rockets 2021-22 roster , but I can't save this photo to NEC 2021-22

I have a couple dozen photos set aside I've been unable to add, waiting for this issue to improve. The season is about to begin and it's a shame so many roster photos can't be added

This is a pain in the ass and the season hasn't started yet

At first I misread your post, and it got me thinking … what if there are no players yet for the year, or if there are players but no jersey numbers? Anything weird? So I tried a bunch of different things but couldn't find any patterns. 

BUT, I did discover something interesting:

I tried to add this image to Toyota 2021-22 (which is empty) and couldn't:

I tried adding that (Toyota) image to Hisamitsu 2021-22 (which is empty) and couldn't.

So, for testing, I saved the Hisamitsu 2020-21 roster photo to my computer and was able to upload it to Hisamitsu 2021-22 successfully. I was also able to add that Hisamitsu 2020-21 roster photo to Toyota 2021-22 as well.

I tried to replace the Hisamitsu photo with the Toyota photo unsuccessfully (at Toyota 2021-22).

This suggests it's an issue with certain photos …. ?? These have all been .jpg**

**Oddly tho, the way Safari (Mac) saves, for example, the Hisamitsu 2020-21 photo:

is it saves it as a .jpg while Fox Browsers want to save it as a .webp which just complicates matters. But I tried resaving and converting the Toyota photo every different way and still can't add it anywhere. So it remains a mystery
