Hande Baladin (born 1 September 1997, Kütahya) is a Turkish national volleyball player. He plays for Eczacıbaşı team.

He started volleyball as a middle player. He grew up in the infrastructure of Eczacıbaşı and took part in the club's junior and star teams. His height is 1.90 m (1.88 m according to Eczacıbaşı Sports Club website). He has been playing as a spiker since 2014. He was promoted to the A Team in Eczacıbaşı in the 2015-2016 season. He played on loan at Galatasaray in order to gain experience in the 2018-2019 season. She returned to Eczacıbaşı in the 2019-2020 season. She is a Turkish women's national volleyball team player.
