Seems like Rumors is out of date after adding 'Verified', 'Not verified' in Done deals section
So, the suggestion is to remove this section.

Done deals - Verified = Someone specified that transfer is done deal and administrator verified that information
Done deals - Not verified = Someone specified that transfer is done deal and administrator haven't verified that information yet (it could be fake)
Rumors - Verified = Someone specified that transfer is a rumor and administrator verified that information
Rumors - Not verified = Someone specified that transfer is a rumor and administrator haven't verified that information yet (it could be fake)
Most of users understand it.
@Volleybox you can't verify a rumor claim because it's rumor.
@ojvolleyball Sometimes they use a link that has nothing to do with the rumor or even has nothing to do with volleyball, then they still have to be verified by the administrators.
@ojvolleyball a user has the good idea to add rumor of totally random (and absurd sometimes) rumors with a source which a Facebook account which has nothing to do with volleyball. It's an example of how we need to verify rumors.
