Nice one Berny! And, as you already know, you can also count on your friends' support!
Massimo Barbolini (Italy Women NT coach) he's leaving Italy NT after the Olympics. He signed a contract with Galatasaray, where he'll join Simona Gioli and Leo Lo Bianco: http://www.schiacciamisto5.it/barbolini-volley-galatasaray/

Italy's time-out after Bari was hit was pretty funny indeed. The most hilarious part was when Savani went near Bari and told him: "Baretto when you go back receiving if you see three balls instead of just one, go for the one in the middle" :D

Parodi in my opinion just sucks

I could kill you only for this statement boy LOL Parodi is probably the best player provided by the poor Italian movement in the last 7 years! And he's hell of a player...trust me!! Unluckly for him, he had a very bad injury last season that heavily affected his performance so far...but he seems he's getting his shape now.
About Vermiglio, you're 100% right! But my opinion about it is pretty clear to everyboby on this forum 'cause i've written it many times.
Can't understand why this video (and the other one Canada vs Puerto Rico) is still here in the Waiting Room when a lot of garbage is on the Home Page instead.
@Buziak: pretty weird, 'cause in Italy there was no rumour about Italian offers to Kurek (especially from Lube: i heard many names who might come to Macerata but none of them was Kurek's).

Il grande cuore e la grande famiglia del volley.
We must wait a little longer to know the second finalist instead!! Cuneo-Macerata 2-3 (25-19; 23-25; 25-18; 22-25; 13-15). The "war" between these two teams goes on!!

@Rachel: tens muita razão, minha amiga ;)
@Akolita - ah, okay ?
I'm not surprised about Esko, he didn't have a nice season in Modena...as well as the rest of his team-mates (or better ex team-mates)...i think he's not going to be the only one to leave Modena in the next weeks.

ps. Where did you hear/read about Parodi in Sovia???
Interview with Ivan Miljković 12 évvel ezelőtt +1
Vatreni, i think that when you spend so many years (let's say an important part of your life) in a place that gives you a lot in terms of professional and personal satisfaction and joy, you feel yourself also a part of it. But if you never experienced that you'll never fully understand what it means. I can only say that many foreigner players who came to play in Italy, after withdrawing from v-b decided to stay (Ljubo Travica, Lech Lasko, Joel Despaigne, Hugo Conte and many many others): there must be a reason.

Another tragedy a few weeks later Vigor's! I'm speechless...this really must be the "annus horribilis" for volleyball.
Bye Veronica ... go and play with Vigor in Heaven.
Interview with Ivan Miljković 12 évvel ezelőtt +1
This is what i call a MAN: an excellent player but also a person who has many interests besides volleyball, who wants to know more about things, who constantly wants to learn 'cause the more you know the more you improve. What a pleasure must be to have a chat with him. Also when he spoke about Turkish league and then made a comparison with the Italian one: some of the things he says are interesting a lot!! I agree 100% with him in this interview (btw congrats to the journalist who did it...excellent job). I was touched by his words: especially when he says that he wishes to go back to Italy 'cause that is the place where he and his family are going to live. Ivan you're more than welcome...and you know that!!
