The best middle-blocker in season 2011/12 in Czech Republic. There are a lot of actions of Plchotova in Women Plusliga 2011/12. She scored 319 points in that season and she is was the 3rd place in the ranking of best scorers of Women Plusliga. She was the best blockers in Polish Cup 2012, plays now in MKS Dąbrowa Górnicza (since 2010). Ivana is main middle-blocker of Czech Republic National Team. She played in Muszynianka Muszyna, Tomis Constanta, NH Ostrava, Siram Roma, Pre Camp Collecchio, Zoppas Conegliano, Unicom Sassuolo. She joined Tomis Constanta after great season in Women Plusliga (she won Polish Champion title with Muszynianka Muszyna).
