[Fixed] Database. Staff members. Country filter. Country present in the list even there is no coaches for it

Steps:

1. Go to Staff members and hit Coaches. 

2. Check country filter

Actual result: The countries with no coaches present 

Expected: Only countries with coaches should be in the list
