"Joycinha" played two World Champions with the Brazilian team. She won the gold medal in Youth, at 2001, and in Junior, at 2003. At 2006, played the Montreux Volley Masters, in Swiss, and the Courmayeur Tournament, in Italy, for the Brazilian female team. She was in the group who played the Pan-American Cup, in Puerto Rico, at the same season. In Brazilian Superliga 2006/07, played at Fiat/Minas (MG) and finished the competition with 245 points. In 2007, she played in the group that finished in fifth place in the World Grand Prix and won the South American Championship. In 2008, she won three gold medals with Brazilian team: Beijing Olympic Games, the World Grand Prix and Final Four. Season 2009 also started with a title as Brazil conquered Montreux Volley Masters, title that was followed by the conquest of the Pan American Cup, the Qualifying Tournament for the World Championship 2010, the FIVB Grand Prix, the South American Championship and the Final Four where she was elected the MVP. She also finished in second place at the Grand Champions Cup. In 2011, Joyce was part of the team that won the silver medal in the World Championship and in the World Grand Prix. In 2011, she helped Brazil to win the silver medal in the Yeltsin cup. She played for teams such like Volei Futuro and Fakel Novy Urengoy. She is a player of Daejeon KGC since 2013.
