We are working on team building. The team will be managed by a high level Italian coaching staff, with physical and technical morning training and afternoon team training. The profile will be chosen after an analysis of the videos provided and an interview with the technical staff, as the athlete, in addition to having technical characteristics, will have to demonstrate humility and desire to work.
