Day in the life of a VEGAN PRO volleyball player w/Olivia Rusek

Olivia greeted me with a box of Swiss chocolates and proceeded to be my tour guide to the city of Geneva for 3 hours! Totally above and beyond the call of duty for any Volley Bubble guests, but an absolute treat for myself and hopefully all of you too!

Olivia is in her third pro season, having played in Austria and Czech, and now the gorgeous city of Geneva. She played college ball at Miami University of Ohio, and also vlogs her overseas experiences on YouTube. She explains why going vegan was the best decision she's ever made, on this episode. She also gives us a first-person view at volleyball training (and also a murder) through her GoPro, and we find out why roasted chestnuts are so hairy. Actually we don't find out why. We just find out. 

Anyway, great episode to listen to on the podcast for any vegetarian or vegan athletes.
