In the second match of group H, Japan won against Kazakhstan 3:1. Japan slighted a bit opponent with "combined line-up" - on the court were nominal two wing-spikers, both spiker Miyu Nagaoka and wing-spiker Yukiko Ebata don't receive. Kazakhstan team thanks to stron spikes by opposite Tatyana Mudritskaya and good defense kept leading all set long. In next sets Japan was more concentrated. On the court appear wing-spikers Risa Shinnabe and Saori Kimura with whom game looked better. Seter Haruka Miyashita calmed Japanese game. Kazakh team had less dangerous serves and struggled in reception. "It was good match, but also tough match. Japan was better, especially in defence. Today we played worse in reception and that is the main thing that stopped us to play better against Japan today", said coach of Kazakh national team: Oleksandr Gutor.
