yeah as others mentioned, a middle should easily have about 80% spike efficiency and in some cases much higher. It depends on if his setter is good, if the passers are good, and whether or not the setter decides to set him in hopeless situations ?.

It also depends on what percentage of balls get set to the that person. Miljkovic is impressive because everybody knows that 60% of the teams sets are going to go straight to him, and yet he will score 30 points a match against some of the best blocking teams in the world.

I would also mention that Leon usually has a high hitting efficiency, which is a good accomplishment because Cubans so often set very high balls from bad passes, and everyone knows Leon will get set, but he'll hit 65% against double and triple blocks all day.

this is so great to see a setter blocking a giant in the middle, and getting points finishing off a broken play with a backrow attack instead of a free ball. It's great to see a video like this that looks at how a player handles different situations, some of them out of the ordinary, rather than 150000 clips of someone swinging their arm at a volleyball.

I think Mauro Berruto has every right to be where he is, even if he knew the ball was coming and decided to turn his back. The italian libero however, clearly intentionally got in the way of Priddy when the ball wasn't even within 15 feet of landing inside his court, and he still chased it and got in Priddy's way.

wow this is disappointing. sorry to say such a rude comment about your video, i'm sure a lot of work went into it, and i would be offended if someone said that about a video that I put work into. But you only showed clips of Poland doing good things. And a lot of the times that Poland blocked was off of broken plays, on horrible sets, like that first one of Leon being blocked. But ok fine you can make a video of only highlights from Poland, but you should title if properly or warn people or something. And show some respect for the other team.
